元の issue は ~/Library/Caches/online-judge-tools という非自明なパスに保存してるのが困るという話だと思うので、 .competitive-verifier/cache/online-judge-tools に保存してるので別によさそう。

.competitive-verifier/cache/problems も含めて .competitive-verifier/cache/ は消して良いとどっかに書いても良いかもしれないが……………
