Why is my GitHub contribution graph not updating with valid commits?

My GitHub contribution graph is not updating, and the green squares are not appearing, even though I meet all the conditions for contributions to count.

Details:

1. The email in my local Git configuration matches my GitHub account.
2. I am making valid changes (adding/modifying files) in my commits.
3. I am pushing these changes to the default branch (main) of public repositories I own.
4. The commits are visible in the repositories but do not reflect on my contribution graph.

Steps I’ve Tried:

• Verified local Git config email.
• Ensured the repositories are public and not forked.
• Merged all changes into the default branch (main).

Question:
Could this be a sync delay, or is there something else I might be missing? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

probably sync delay first check your local machine date & time

I have tried setting into automatic time zone and time is correct still not showing on graph

I think the issue is your committed email address is not setup in GitHub in that case the contributions are not loading

go through the github email settings and check your email address is listed there if not add the email

you can check your email by runnig this

git log --oneline --author="your Name"

also make sure your time zone is correctly match to your country

hey. if you have forked a repo and are contributing on the forked repo, it won't show on your contribution graph. i recommend you to take a gander here and see if this guy's options works out for you. link
