Summary:

Initial permission request during direct upload does not take user to gallery/camera

Steps to reproduce:

Clear permissions, then try to upload from the Nearby list/map

Expected behavior:

Take user to gallery/camera after they approve permissions

Observed behavior:

Does not take user to gallery/camera

Device and Android version:

API 26 Samsung Galaxy s7

Commons app version:

2.7.0 beta

Annoyingly, I have tried several different solutions to no avail. My current code mirrors that of ContributionListFragment.java 's exactly, yet it seems to work for ContributionListFragment but not for NearbyMapFragment.

Ah, I think I might have found the solution. Will tidy up and submit PR ASAP. :)
