Support for Terraform

A great use-case for IAM Zero is to automatically generate least-privilege infrastructure deployment roles. My vision here is that we can continuously run IAM Zero, and anytime our infrastructure deployer services try and deploy something they don't have permission for, we'll get an error and a policy recommendation. This will work best with libraries like Terraform that directly use AWS SDKs we can instrument.
