While looking at logs of ae78716c0595008d, I noticed that at one point the athena getNetworkMetered and listUploadQueue methods were getting called repeatedly every 3s. Not sure if a clip or upload was requested, but calling out to a device while offroad should be done as conservatively as possible, otherwise it can draw a bunch of power.
