I can use the adminUI without any reloads

There seems to be a few areas where full page reloads are happening

• New page - https://hydra.pretagov.com/new-page/add?type=Document
• Cancel new page
• back or view out of contents
• breadcrumbs
• reloading inside the iframe. Need a to register a callback like onRoute to prevent that reload
• onSave inside the iframe
• any more?

@MAX-786 most of these can be solved by the integrator getting a callback when the page needs to be routed. In which hydra doesn't need to change the url itself.

just a note that I don't think this is needed to solve #124 but it's still nice to have anyway
