Project creator may update status on their project publicly

In order to build rapport with potential and existing supporters
As a project creator
I want to be able to update them on the project progress

Scenario: Public updates
Given I am a team member of an approved project
When I submit a project update
Then an email is sent to my existing supporters linking them to the project update
And guests may see the project update publicly
