Announce this project to the Elixir community

This Avro library is probably the best quality one out there. However, since it is new with not many downloads, it is low on the Hex ranking. This leads people like me to initially try the higher-ranked Avro libraries, get frustrated with their quality, and then move on.

I suggest we announce this project to the Elixir Forum community to increase awareness for it so that others looking for a similar library may find this one.

I am happy to draft a post if you would not like to do it @reachfh :)
