I don't think such an issue exists. The window is scrolling perfectly fine. Both on the website and when I try it locally. Can you provide more details about the issue. @neSpecc

It seems this issue occurs in block selection with keyboard UP or DOWN key.

version: 2.19.0
Ubuntu 20.04, Chrome

@hata6502 Then its quite expected since the editor takes control of the arrow keys and TAB button once focused.
