Basic Information

PDF generation does not work because of a recent update of weasyprint Kozea/WeasyPrint#1384

WeasyPrint 53 requires at least Pango 1.44. You probably have an older version, that’s why you get this error.

So need to find a way to modify the Dockerfile to use Pango 1.44

Currently we just generate it from github actions.
