After a crash,the client can not get the bash tty

As shown above，it blocked at this step, but the zsh performed normally and if I use the zsh and run command bash, it can enter the bash command

At the same time， the code-server(4.89.1) always print as follow

Does it happen even if you kill the terminals on the right, or restart code-server or the server? What kind of crash was it?
