Opera doesn't redraw popups on the fly when resizing browser window

Opera on mac only fires its resize event when finished resizing the window (http://www.quirksmode.org/dom/events/resize.html), which leads to unexpected behavior of the popups (movement of the popup arrow). Script may need to sniff for this event behavior if possible and close popups on window resize if they are open, though this could be difficult if initiation of resizing window can't be detected (haven't investigated whether it can or not).

This is no longer an issue in Opera 27.
