I have one datapoint, so insufficient to ascertain the scope of the ID, but loading at the Walgreens across from the 4th & King station uses this ID.

I'm not sure whether this is this physical location specific, Walgreens chain specific, or "retail partners" specific. Perhaps collectively we can figure this out.
