What feature?

Description:
Implement a responsive Navbar with links to key sections (e.g., Home, About, Contact) for better navigation and user experience.

Use Case:
Currently, navigating the site is cumbersome. A Navbar simplifies access to different sections, making the site more intuitive.

Enhancement:
Improves usability and accessibility.
Makes the project more organized and professional.

Kindly add the labels such as: SWOC'25, ADVANCED, LEVEL-3 etc.
