What's the style idea?

We need to improve the skills that appear under each profile, as I found it very distracting and one does not get it at a glance, you have to look at it again to understand.
and a good UI doesn't make user think twice.

also about the scrolling part, some skills get scrolled past so fast that you can't even look at them.
From SWoC 5.0.
