[Bug]: Summary adds one to all counts

What happened?

When I run the show samples on trashai.org the summary table that is provided at the end has +1 count for all trash types verses the counts you would get if you counted the trash types for each image independently.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run Show Samples
2. Download the zip folder with download all
3. Compare the summary json file to the counts you would get if you count the types for each image independently.

Expected behavior

Same counts for summary as adding up all the individual images.
