This workspace contains non-catkin packages in it, and catkin cannot build a non-homogeneous workspace without isolation. Try the 'catkin_make_isolated' command instead.

Having trouble with LibJpeg. I have tried removing the anaconda version of libjpeg but I don't see any difference. If someone could help out with this, that would be great!
