Which annotation tool can be used for annotating image segementation?

Hi,

Any guy know which annotation tool can label the new category of image segmentation?
Because I want to add a new category based on COCO dataset to segment my new thing, I still not find any valid open annotation tool to label segmentation.

BTW, as per COCO paper, Amazon Mechanical Turk seems to need to deal with json format conversion and other logic in server side. Who has experience to use AMT? If so, could you please share me your experience?
