Looping and Offline start.

This is two issues.

1. Dalai will start to loop the last text infinitely instead of stopping.
2. "npx dalai serve" only seems to work if the computer is online. It won't start if it isn't.

I found out, that using "npm install dalai" works for me without internet connection. Make sure, that you rename the files llama.exe to main.exe in the C:\Users\USERNAME\dalai\alpaca\build\Release ansd in C:\Users\USERNAME\dalai\llama\build\Release - folders.
