sql: Hibernate Test Failures

While working towards #15821, I've been trying to catalog the hibernate test failures here.

The following issues still need investigation to understand what's going on:

• sql: investigate the hibernate test org.hibernate.jpa.test.emops.RemoveTest testUpdatedAndRemove #26799 transaction issues
• sql: investigate failures in Hibernate's ConstructorResultNativeQuery #26803 Can't execute a native query in hibernate
• sql: investigate Hibernate's testTemporalType #26804 Timestamp strangeness
• sql: Hibernate transaction failures expects OptimisticLockException #26809 Optimistic Lock Exception
• sql: investigate the output of Hibernates' org.hibernate.test.batch.BatchTest  #26812 jdbcBatchSize
• sql: investigate Hibernate's org.hibernate.jpa.test.criteria.fetchscroll.CriteriaToScrollableResultsFetchTest testWithScroll #26735 Resultset is not scrollable (perhaps cursors?)

The following we will probably address:

• sql: Hibernate tests - correlated subqueries #26658 correlated subqueries
• sql: implement string_agg() #26737 implement string_agg()
• sql: group by does not conform with postgres #26709 group by does not conform with prostgres
• sql: add optional ESCAPE clause #26260 implement ESCAPE
• sql: sequences should be automatically added to a table for postgres compatibility #26730 Auto-addition of a sequence for serial types
• sql: Add support for TEMP tables #5807 Temporary Tables
• sql: automatically add the needed index during alter table add fk constraint on empty tables #26738 automatically add the needed index during alter table add fk constraint on empty tables

Perhaps in the future, but not anytime soon:

• sql: support postgres' API to handle blob storage (incl lo_creat, lo_from_bytea) #26725 blob storage + pg's API for blob storage

The following we will probably not address (fundamental feature set mismatch or different design philosophy)

• sql: explicit lock syntax (SELECT FOR {SHARE,UPDATE} {skip locked,nowait}) #6583 SELECT FOR SHARE/UPDATE (NOWAIT), etc. See discussion in rfc: SELECT FOR UPDATE #19577
• sql: support the binary operator: <int> / <float> #26732 support <int> / <float> operator
• sql: hibernate test failure due to use of unsupported implicit cast #26710 some rando hibernate test thinks it's smart requiring an implicit cast

@vy-ton @awoods187: Thanks for the pings. I will close this. The tests tracked in the description are either passing now, or are intentionally getting skipped for a different reason. I closed out the linked issues too.
