Roadmap

Current stable release is 0.4.1.

The roadmap below is a macro viewpoint of our Kanban tool.

We plan to release a 1.0 this year. We are still in beta but you can already rely on Cobalt for real world apps.

Next release: Native bars

The 0.5 release will have the new cool Native bars feature i.e. top and bottom bar settings from the cobalt.conf file or javascript and font icons support in Native bars.

Coming on February 2015!

Further releases

• Interface rework for simpler partial usage of Cobalt in a native app,
• Cobalt as a public lib (aar & pod),
• CLI enhancement (plugin management, etc.),
• Transition settings and modal/weblayer cleanup,
• Doxygen and a sexy documentation website,
• Cobalt Storage V3: real BDD and native access.

And, along the way, more samples and plugins !
