Create list of one large repo per language with sample .coafile #92

Bear tests are smallish codebases.

For more detailed integration tests, we need a large repo with clean code that coala can run successfully on, with sample config.

Some suitable repos might be found in the GCI 2016 spreadsheet.

Probably best done on the coala wiki, or the docker wiki.

  • pandoc for Haskell

git repo has a lot of languages.

Another aspect to this is sometimes it is quite difficult to get CI to play nice with the .coafile, so the configuration for CI needs to be also done.
