With PHP, the rule seems to be different :
With python, it doesn't seem to matter

These two rules might not concern Java language:
Use single quote (') instead of quotation mark (") => php only (I guess)
Using strings as arguments to SetTimeout() and setInterval() => Javascript only (I guess)
