Missing explanation of what the plugin does

There is no real explanation in the README of what features the plugin actually provides. Does it provide a Terraform scaffolder action? Ingest Terraform state files as catalog entries? Its not until the screenshot at the end that you can kind of deduce what the plugins capabilities are but its still not really spelt out.
