Create driver interface for K8s Lifecycle Management #161

We can solve a few problems at once by creating a standard interface for how we create, get, manage K8s clusters in idpbuilder:

  • Support kind + docker alternatives such as kind + finch
  • Support already created k8s clusters aka more production deployments
  • Support virtual k8s clusters such as vcluster.
