Schema of the retrospective

TAG ENV has been trialing different formats for the regular meetings. Let's discuss possible improvements to make them more engaging. :)

This tracking issue is used to collect async retro items from anyone in the CNCF Environmental Sustainability TAG.

We will discuss anything added to the issue in the TAG Meeting on 20-11-2024.
