Apply some Developement

I have made some changes to some algorithms in (https://github.com/cmu-phil/tetrad) and after compiling it in Java, it worked well. now I want to use my own .jar file to see the Results on causal-cmd-python-wrapper. is it possible to do that? , I appreciate if you tell me how?
