Duplicate entries in JetAnalyzer DQM

It was pointed out in #40293 (comment) that four JetAnalyzer plugins "are contained in the DQMOffline sequence [...], while four are in the PostDQMOfflineMiniAOD [...]. Twice more plugins filling the same plot leads to twice the entries".

This looks like a bug, and it should be fixed.
