Update DQMOnlineBeamspot streamer files with new EventContent

PR #39347 requires a change of the EventContent in the DQMOnlineBeamspot stream to include information on the OnlineMetaData from FED 1022. This is being integrated in JIRA-CMSHLT-2464 and will be deployed online when the collision data-taking restarts (in ~2 weeks).
Once real streamer files with the new event content will bee available we need to update the files in this repository and the corresponding unitTest in the beampixel client.
