Currently, this library only supports responding to incoming heartbeat requests from the Quassel core. The core will close the connection if the client does not respond to heartbeat requests.

We should also send out heartbeat requests to the Quassel core and expect heartbeat replies. This will allow us to detect a dead connection to the Quassel core.
