Selected storage backend is not available: "SQLite"

Hello,

after running a fresh instance, copying the config from my old server and restarting, I got the following error:

Selected storage backend is not available: "SQLite"
Core is currently not configured! Please connect with a Quassel Client for basic setup.

Of course the core from the database is already configured. What could be the issue here? The qt-sqlite library seems to be already installed, so that's not the issue here.

Have you tried this recently? The builds on Docker Hub were held back for a while because of a dependency issue in building the image.
