What changed?

BEFORE vs. AFTER:

• Renamed "Clerk Components --> Clerk UI" so that Account Portal could be returned to being top level /account-portal instead of /customization/account-portal. Returned Clerk Components to being a full dropdown. Moved Account Portal up.
• Removed "Transfer ownership" in favor of a section in the "Organization workspaces" guide (they were repeating the same information).

BEFORE vs. AFTER:

• Removed the "Making requests" section. Consolidated "Same-origin requests" and "Cross-origin requests" into one "Making requests" guide.
• Removed the "Handling requests" section. Removed "Go" and "Ruby" guides - the links now point to the respective reference "Overview" pages.
• Moved "Versioning" all the way to the bottom of the sidenav, where our API references are.
• To "Resources", added the "Cookies" and "Tokens and signatures" guides, originally from the "How Clerk Works" section.
