To further enhance our efficiency and effectiveness, we're requesting each team lead to submit a proposal outlining their team's upcoming projects and goals.

Proposal Guidelines:

Projects/Tasks: Identify key projects (maximum of 5) or tasks your team aims to tackle within the next 2-3 months. Refer to your team's repository description and existing issues for inspiration.

Goals: Clearly define the specific objectives your team hopes to achieve through these projects.

Approach: Outline the strategies and methodologies you'll employ to accomplish these goals.

Timeline: Provide a realistic timeline for each project, including key milestones and deadlines.

Submission Deadline:

Please submit your proposals by Thursday, October 24rd. You can share them (the doc link(s)) directly here.

We look forward to reviewing your proposals and discussing how we can collectively contribute to our team's success.
