Set up a process to automatically invalidate CloudFront distribution cache #74

Currently, the CloudFront distributions need to be manually invalidated on the website for changes to be shown on the domain. We need to find a way to automate this process.

In the mean time, this is how you would invalidate a distribution manually after deploying:

Super low hanging fruit here- I would think about setting a short lived TTL on the cache

What Minimum, Maximum, and Default TTL values would you recommend? The cache currently uses the CachingOptimized Policy.
