  • test that the do_parallel = True option specified in pyeo_1.ini works correctly with qsub

    • i.e. that it successfully creates and monitors the jobs created by qsub.

  • test that do_parallel = True works correctly on a new installation of pyeo with new images

  • check that sequential vectorisation works properly in ROIs. Initial debugging is that there are no changes vectorised within regions. Either no change, or something has gone wrong.

Labelled as wontfix for now, as parallel is not priority for Windows installations.
