Previous changes were made with the intention of changing the basic belt speed from 5.7 to 6.66. 6.66 is the correct value for recent versions of Factorio.

Unfortunately, this change only kicks in once you change the belt speed dropdown. If you don't touch the dropdown, it still uses 5.7, which produces incorrect values.
