What is the expected behavior of the proposed feature?

At the moment our CKEditor 5 CDN has a set of few specialized builds. While most of the users is ok with these builds there are some which are missing certain functionalities. What we could do is introducing a super build containing all the plugins and creators. That way user could link to such CDN build and configure it directly on his HTML page to use plugins we wants.
