📝 Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

  1. Open https://ckeditor.com/docs/ckeditor5/latest/examples/builds/classic-editor.html
  2. Put the caret after "The three greatest".
  3. Press italics button.
  4. Type "editing".
  5. Press italics button to disable italics style.
  6. Place a space.

✔️ Expected result

Space is inserted.

❌ Actual result

"editing" text is being inserted before the space.

📃 Other details

There's chance that this could be fixed by #7462.

  • Browser: Anrdoid Chrome (v85.0.4183.101) (but doesn't happen on Firefox@Android)
  • OS: Android
  • CKEditor version: reproducible from v16 (didn't check earlier)

Duplicate of #1786 it's caused by GBoard.
