Provide a description of the task

Default: No, default, just picker.

Flag: --installation-methods <current|current-and-legacy>

Add prompt to choose the installation methods.

When selected will be the current and legacy option, user should see a well drawn infobox in the console with a link to the guide.

Solved by ckeditor/ckeditor5-package-generator#168
