[Drag & drop] Scroll while dragging

When I drag the content, I want the content to scroll up/down inside the editor when I arrive with the drop target (marker) at the edge so that I can place it in the proper place outside the current viewport.

Questions:

• What about the cases when there's overflow: y and the editor has the max-height?
  • being close to the edge of visible editable viewport, it should start scrolling.
