📝 Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

Document list feature-related (branch: ck/11198-make-sure-list-isnt-split)

  1. Create a list with a few list elements filled with text.
  2. Create a table below.
  3. Try to drag and drop the table into the middle of the list.

✔️ Expected result

The table does not create a new list element.

❌ Actual result

A new list element is created:
