Make keystrokes overridable through config.keystrokes

Moved from #182.

It's a tricky thing because the order of priority is: feature defined keystrokes (lower), config (higher). So either we load config to the keystroke handler with a delay (after features were initialised) or we need similar functionality as in the Config (#define() for features and #set() the user).
