Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

Follow up of #1901.

  1. Focus any block widget inside editor.
  2. Press SHIFT + F10.

Expected result

Context menu is opened and positioned somewhere around the active widget.

Actual result

Context menu is opened and positioned below the widget.

  • OS: Windows 7
  • CKEditor version: Latest master (4.11.4)
  • Installed CKEditor plugins: contextmenu
