Inspector UUID tracking issue

This is a general placeholder for all things related to the UUID introduced in Node v6.9.0. An official solution should be available, pending nodejs/node#9185.

I don't plan to add any hacks to this extension to try to work around this issue. The Inspector is still an unofficial feature in Node, and work is being done to fix the problem.

Polling should be available starting in version 0.12, which is a sort of workaround for this. Going to leave this open though, pending a better solution.
