Networking DNS page missing

In the networking section of the documentation, there is no entry for the DNS page. Not that it's complicated to use, but some users may need more context, and it will let us point them to the official Civo documentation.

Good shout - we do have some learn guides which should be moved to docs - They are likely a bit our of date so would need someone internally to review them and then we can recreate them in docs and redirect these old ones.

@civo-claire I read the docs and find some small issues related to that-

1. Explanations are not short and crisp..The current doc I read consist of lots of paragraph which sometimes causing hard to catch up things.
   2)Use flowcharts to explain the technical points.
