Flexmailer tries to apply tracking to "mailto:" links #52

Related to #43, if tracking clicks is selected, Flexmailer replaces anything inside href="" including if there is mailto:[email protected] url

This seems like desirable behaviour. I would want to track how many people are clicking a mailto link.
