UI enhancement to CIMTool's create new project screen needed for the default copyright

An enhancement is needed corresponding to the new copyright template feature that was introduced in 1.10.0.RC3. During the creation of a new CIMTool project a new checkbox must be introduced in the "New CIMTool Project" screen.

The new checkbox should be titled "Use the default UCAIug Apache 2.0 copyright headers in generated profiles" as shown in the screenshot below. This checkbox should be checked by default with the assumption being that the end user can uncheck it for the project if they do not want to use the UCAIug default copyright templates that ship with CIMTool.

Upon starting development of this enhancement it was determined that the existing wizard pages (i.e. for multiline and single-line copyright templates) should be integrated as additional steps in the "New CIMTool Project" dialog. Each of these screens should instead have the previously described checkbox on them.

Completed development for this enhancement. Two new screens have been introduced as additional steps (i.e. now a Step 2 and Step 3 in the 'New CIMTool Project' wizard.
