Address in the short term issues in the generated output of the RDFS XSLT builders introduced in CIMTool 2.0.0

During development of the CIMTool 2.1.0 release, issues were identified in the generated output of the RDFS XSLT builders introduced in CIMTool 2.0.0. Specifically, during the testing of support for new .qea and .feap EA project files. In the short term a 2.0.1 patch release must be issued that re-introduces the original builders until the fix is addressed in CIMTool 2.1.0.
