Thanks for this nice template. It makes things easy as we use quarto files often in our work.
Nature's citation style requires that citations are in superscript:
However, I did not find option to do that directly from quarto file. Instead, the citations seems to be in brackets.
I noticed that Nature’s citation style requires superscript citations, as said in their formatting guide. However, I couldn’t find an option to enable superscript citations directly from the Quarto file. Currently, citations appear in brackets instead.
This style is required in Nature1. However, this is the current style in the quarto template [1].
Sorry, if I missed some option. I did try other configurations, but they either didn’t work or resulted in errors (e.g., using cite-style: default).
