Aggregate redundant clock sources (much like redundant streams)

Clock sources could be aggregated into a virtual clock source, like it's done for redundant streams.
The Milan specs says that the device should take its clock samples from either stream of the pair, so it really doesn't matter if you select your clock source on the primary or secondary.
